How to start a project with you?
After you contact us, we conduct an initial briefing session to define your requirements together. Following the receipt of your documents and samples for our feasibility review, we will prepare an individualized offer or indicative proposal reflecting the agreed framework conditions.
We also invite you to visit our premises and meet our team in person—your confidence in our capabilities is of utmost importance to us.
What is the order to delivery lead time?
This depends on the type of order, production batch size and subject to terms and conditions as agreed on the agreement. Reliability and adherence to delivery dates are very important to us.
Do you have minimum order quantities?
The minimum order quantities is 250kg per production run.
Trial runs or a test production is of course also possible on a smaller scale. Do not hesitate to contact us!
Do you offer warehousing services?
Yes. For products we process on your behalf, you can also book our optional warehousing service. We provide pallet spaces with clearly separated zones for packaging materials, raw materials, and finished goods.
We place great importance on the safe and proper handling of sensitive goods. Our well-designed permise ensure high quality, traceability, and compliance throughout the entire storage process.
Do you handle delivery to customers?
Yes, we do. We offer direct delivery to customers across Malaysia and worldwide, starting from just one pallet. Our reliable logistics network ensures your order gets to you—wherever you are.

We can also produce according to Kosher and Halal requirements, and offer NGMO certification upon request. Additionally, we have a comprehensive allergen management system in place to ensure safety and compliance throughout the production process.
Do you also offer product development?
You can count on us to look for a suitable development partner. As a subsidiary of Stern-Wywiol Gruppe, we belong to a group with capable know-how in research & development. Depending on the project, we can put you in touch with the relevant sister companies.
Do you offer standard formulations?
No, we do not offer standard formulations. At SternMaid Asia Pacific, we focus exclusively on custom manufacturing based on your specific requirements and approved recipes.
Can I supply my own raw materials and packaging, or do I need to purchase them from SternMaid Asia Pacific?
Yes, both options are available. You’re welcome to provide your own raw materials and packaging, subject to a successful technical inspection. If preferred, we also offer a procurement service for sourcing materials on your behalf—available upon request and subject to a surcharge.
